We're looking for an energetic, hands-on  Restaurant Assistant Manager who leads by example, supports the team, and helps drive operational excellence every shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily front-of-house operations while maintaining Southern Kitchen's service standards
• Coach and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, and support staff
• Lead pre-shift meetings and assist with daily shift execution
• Ensure exceptional guest service by resolving concerns professionally and efficiently
• Support scheduling, staffing, and daily floor management
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards throughout the restaurant
• Assist with training new team members and developing future leaders
• Work alongside the team during busy service periods while leading by example
• Support inventory, opening procedures, closing procedures, and operational organization
• Partner with senior leadership to improve guest satisfaction and restaurant performance

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of restaurant leadership experience required as an:
• Assistant Manager
• Lead Server
• Lead Bartender
• Lead Host
• Shift Leader
• Similar restaurant leadership position
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent guest service and hospitality mindset
• Professional, dependable, and organized
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
