Key responsibilities Lead and mentor the design team to achieve the game's creative vision and product goals Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure a polished player experience Analyze player feedback and gameplay data to refine design elements continuously Required qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Designer in the video game industry Proven experience in designing for live service or multiplayer environments Experience with 1st-person or 3rd-person game design Strong understanding of player feedback loops and combat interactions Familiarity with game engines and design tools
