Tenney Mountain Resort is a family-owned, revitalized ski destination in the heart of New Hampshire. Since our trails were first carved in 1959, Tenney has been known for its old-school charm, 1,650 feet of vertical, and authentic New England ski culture.

Your Day on the Mountain (Key Responsibilities)

• Ticket Agents ensure courteous service, while helping guests with their individual needs.
• Agents work efficiently to conduct ticket sales transactions but are also responsive to positively answering or directing guest's questions and/or concerns.
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently.

Your Ticket to Ride (Position Requirements)

• A professional and friendly personality is essential to this important service role. The right candidate will be able to maintain a pleasant, responsive, helpful and knowledgeable attitude while juggling many demands.
• Excellent listening/communication skills are necessary as is an ability to accurately perform basic math.
• Previous customer service experience, including cash handling, and general computer knowledge is required.
• Timely and reliable attendance is absolutely essential.
• Must be available to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.
